Biomost of this contradicts itself, mostly because i get so wrapped up in my own head that i have to work it out on paper (or on screen in this case). journaling and writing about the world as i see it helps me find a perspective that is more coherent and parallel to what the world really looks like. this way, i can go back to what i was thinking and see that more times than not, i'm an idiot.
